Tahoe Multisport’s incense cedar sauna is set directly on the beach at Tahoe Vista Recreation Area. Warm up inside the wood-fired sauna, step outside to the shoreline, and—if you choose—cool off in Lake Tahoe before returning for another sauna round.
Unlike a spa sauna where the cold plunge is a tub, the setting is part of the experience: the sauna is at the beach and Lake Tahoe itself is the cold plunge.
Public & Private Sauna Experiences
Public drop-in sessions and private sauna experiences are offered on select dates. Private experiences may be available outside the public schedule. Because dates change seasonally, the live booking calendar is the best source for current times and availability.
